This complaints procedure sets out how to exercise your rights arising from defective performance (a complaint) regarding services provided by Lucie Linková, BodyEase (the "Provider") — private sessions, workshops, group courses and the online hypopressive method course. It complements the Terms of Service.
If you feel a class, workshop or course wasn't delivered to the expected quality or scope, write to me as soon as possible — ideally within 30 days of it taking place, while it can still best be evidenced and put right. That isn't a deadline after which you lose your rights, though: your statutory periods for reporting a defect are not affected.
I'll settle the complaint within 30 days of the day you made it — that is, the day you sent the form or the email — usually with a replacement class or by agreeing a solution directly with you. You'll get written confirmation both that the complaint was made and of how it was settled; if I were to reject it, you'll get written reasons.
If your access isn't working, a video won't play, or the content doesn't match what's described on the website, email me at lucielinkova@bodyease.cz — I'll fix the technical issue or restore your access, no later than within 30 days.
The online course is digital content made available immediately after payment. Once you've explicitly consented to that immediate access before the statutory withdrawal period ends, Czech consumer law (§ 1837(l) of the Civil Code) means that withdrawal right no longer applies — which is why the course isn't sold with a change-of-mind refund guarantee. Your right to complain about an actual defect (broken access, damaged content) isn't affected by this.
The simplest way is to fill in the form below. As soon as you send it you'll receive a confirmation by e-mail with a reference number and the date the complaint was made — the thirty-day period for settling it runs from that date.
Prefer to write directly? That works too — by e-mail at lucielinkova@bodyease.cz or by phone at +420 792 314 472. Please include your name, the date and type of service, and a description of the issue.
If a dispute can't be resolved directly, as a consumer you have the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, ID No. 00020869), which handles out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. You file a proposal at adr.coi.cz.
This complaints procedure takes effect on the date of publication. The Provider reserves the right to update it from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
