About the course

What to expect

This course builds on a foundational knowledge of the hypopressive method. We focus on deepening breathing patterns, more precise body alignment and a gradual increase in the complexity of positions.

Over the 10 classes we work through the entire system — from body preparation through activation of the deep stabilising system to the conscious integration of breath, movement and the nervous system.

Every class is recorded. If you can't attend, you'll receive the recording and won't miss a thing. Missed classes can be made up in another scheduled session of the course.

Who is this course for?

For those who already have a basic knowledge of the hypopressive method — either from a beginner course or from individual sessions.

Where and when?

MotherGood studio, Sudoměřská 1243/25, Vinohrady. 5 time slots to choose from — Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

How large is the group?

Small group — maximum 6–8 people. Each class is personal and Lucie gives you individual attention.

Structure of each class

~15–20 min · warm-up

Body preparation

The opening part of the class prepares the body for hypopressive technique work — we release tension and activate the necessary structures.

  • Strengthening and stretching
  • Balance exercises
  • Diaphragm self-massage
  • Conscious breathing and nervous system regulation

~35–40 min · technique

Hypopressive technique

The main part of the class — working with the hypopressive method in various positions, with an emphasis on precision and deepening of technique.

  • Breathing patterns and apnoea
  • Correct body alignment in positions
  • Creating the diaphragmatic vacuum
  • Progressively more demanding positions and sequences

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations must be sent no later than 24 hours in advance
  • Missed classes can be made up in another currently running course slot
  • Every class is recorded — you will receive the recording if you cannot attend
  • Unexcused absences are forfeited without a replacement

  • MotherGood studio, Sudoměřská 1243/25, Vinohrady
  • Equipment is available in the studio — mats, overballs, half-rollers, resistance bands, massage balls and small dumbbells
  • Lucie uses various props for training, mobility and exercise as needed
  • Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
