Over the 10 classes we work through the entire system — from body preparation through activation of the deep stabilising system to the conscious integration of breath, movement and the nervous system.
Every class is recorded. If you can't attend, you'll receive the recording and won't miss a thing. Missed classes can be made up in another scheduled session of the course.

The main part of the class — working with the hypopressive method in various positions, with an emphasis on precision and deepening of technique.
Conscious work with the body's axis and the deep stabilising system carries over into everyday movement.
Activation of the body's core without increasing intra-abdominal pressure — a method that works with physiology, not against it.
Release of tension in the lumbar spine and neck thanks to the correct function of the diaphragm and pelvic floor.
Strengthening and coordination of the pelvic floor without overloading — the key to managing incontinence and prolapse.
Deep connection with the breath as a tool for regulating both body and nervous system.
Regular practice brings greater lightness, stability and energy into everyday life.
