This course is taught in Czech

This page is in English so you can see exactly what the course contains before you decide. The course material itself is entirely in Czech: all 24 video lessons, the e-book, the 21-day challenge and the intake questionnaire. There are no subtitles and no English version.

The movement is demonstrated on screen throughout, so the practice is possible to follow visually — but the explanations, the corrections and the safety cues are spoken in Czech, and those are the parts that keep the technique correct. If you don't read and understand Czech comfortably, please don't buy the course expecting to work around that.

Lucie teaches private sessions in English. If you want the method but not in Czech, that's the format that fits — see private sessions → — or just write to Lucie and ask.

Is this for you?

A body carrying weight you don't talk about

  • You want to finally feel light in your own body.
  • You're dealing with a weakened pelvic floor or pelvic organ prolapse.
  • You're struggling with diastasis, back pain or digestive discomfort.
  • You no longer want to treat these things as normal.

You run for the tram — and leak a little.

Not every time. But often enough that you've stopped wearing light-coloured trousers. You've learned to hide it. You've learned to work around it. You've learned not to pay attention to it.

Reflux keeps you company after every meal.

Your doctor prescribed omeprazole. It helps while you take it. And then it doesn't. You've tried a diet. You've tried eating earlier. You've tried sleeping propped up on a pillow.

Your belly stayed soft and rounded, years after giving birth.

Maybe you know it's diastasis. Maybe you suspect that "classic ab exercises" don't fix it. And maybe nobody has told you that it can be worked on.

What the course brings

Five things you'll notice in your own body

What regular practice tends to change, in the experience of women who have gone through the course and practised consistently.

01

A smaller waist measurement

Engaging the deep abdominal muscles draws the waist in over time — which is why the course asks you to measure before you start.

02

Better posture

The ribs settle over the pelvis. The shoulders stop rounding. The chest breathes. It isn't about "remembering to sit up straight" — it's about the body having internal support again.

03

A better feeling in the pelvic area

Less pressure. Less uncertainty when you cough or laugh. A better experience of sex. Trust restored that things "down there" are working.

04

Easier digestion

Less reflux. Less bloating. A released diaphragm massages the surrounding organs more effectively, supports intestinal peristalsis and helps prevent constipation.

05

Deeper breath and release

A calmer nervous system. Deeper sleep. Less of the feeling that you "can't take a full breath".

It's a method that works because it goes with the body's physiology, not against it. Ten minutes a day, or three times a week for twenty minutes — and the results show.

Your journey through the course

All 24 videos, in the order they unlock

The course isn't a pile of videos dropped on you at once. It's a step-by-step system — lessons unlock gradually, so you have time to make the technique your own. And no surprises after you buy: this is the complete content of the course.

Immediately after purchase 3 introductory videos

Orientation and safety

Three introductory videos are available to you straight away: introduction and safety, why classic abdominal exercises often do harm (and what hypopressives do differently), and how to work with the course materials.

Week 1

Foundations

Breath. Self-massage of the diaphragm. Your first vacuum. Short lessons: 1–2 minutes of explanation, 5 minutes of practice.

Weeks 2–3

Positions

Positions — lying down, on all fours, kneeling, seated — with mobilising exercises in between.

Weeks 4–5

Sequences and everyday practice

We put the technique together into full sequences — on your back, seated, kneeling and standing.

Months 2–6

Your own practice

Everything is unlocked. You come back to the sequences as a maintenance dose. You can repeat, go deeper, practise at your own pace. After six months access ends — the course is built so that by then you carry it in your body.

Ten minutes a day. Or three times a week for ten minutes. Less really doesn't have to mean less.

Results

When you'll feel what

After week 1

The first sense of being "drawn up" through the torso. A deeper breath. A feeling that the ribs have released.

After 4–6 weeks

Visible improvement in posture and waist measurement. Less pressure in the pelvis.

After 2 months

A marked change. Clients see it in photographs. And feel it in everyday movement.

After 6 months

The practice becomes a habit. The body has a new normal.

Contraindications

When the course isn't suitable

The hypopressive method is safe and gentle. But the "lift" manoeuvre (vacuum) and the breath holds have their contraindications, and they aren't suitable if…

  • You're pregnant. Apnoea and the diaphragmatic vacuum aren't done during pregnancy. You're welcome after the six-week postpartum period.
  • You have untreated high blood pressure.
  • You have a heart condition.
  • You've recently had abdominal surgery. Come back once you've healed — when your doctor allows it.
  • You have epilepsy.
  • If you have any medical condition and aren't sure the practice is right for you, please consult your doctor.

A safe variation in every lesson

If one of the contraindications for apnoea and the vacuum applies to you, you don't have to leave the course. The breath, the diaphragm self-massage, the positions and the mobilising exercises are safe — and beneficial in themselves. In every lesson the course shows you a safe variation without apnoea and without the vacuum.

Doubts

What you might be thinking right now

"I don't have time."

Ten minutes a day, or three times a week. You practise at home, whenever it suits you — with no travelling to a studio.

"I've tried it. I didn't feel anything."

Most often that comes down to poor activation of the diaphragm or the position of the ribs. The course takes you from the foundations up, with corrections for the most common mistakes.

"I don't know whether an online course is right for me."

That's exactly why we show you in advance what to expect from it. If you're not sure, write to me beforehand — I'll advise you.

Price and access

A one-off investment. Six months of practice.

Frequently asked

What people ask most often

Is the course available in English?

No. This sales page is in English, but the course itself — all 24 videos, the e-book, the challenge and the questionnaire — is entirely in Czech, with no subtitles. There is no English version and none is planned at the moment. If you'd like the method in English, Lucie teaches private sessions in English.

What do I need in order to practise at home?

Just the basics: an exercise mat, comfortable clothes, a blanket, two pillows and a tape measure (to measure your waist before and after). No special equipment is needed.

How long does my access last?

Six months from the moment you sign up. You have the full materials available the whole time — you can go back, repeat, skip ahead.

What if I miss a lesson, or don't have time to watch every day?

That's fine. The onboarding is set up over five weeks, but it isn't a race. If you need more time, you have it — within the six months of access.

Can I ask technical questions?

Yes. I'll answer by e-mail within a few working days. This isn't 1:1 coaching — but if you get stuck, I'm glad to help. Please note that e-mail support is in Czech.

Does it work if I've never done the hypopressive method before?

Yes. The course is built from the foundations up.

What if the course isn't right for me?

The course is sold without a change-of-mind refund. That's exactly why this whole page is so specific — you know precisely what you're buying: the format, the method, the contraindications and the language. And if you're not sure before buying, write to me and I'll tell you straight whether it's for you.

I bought the beginners' course. Do I get a discount on the advanced one?

Yes. Graduates of the beginners' course get a discount on the advanced course (Module 2) once it's released.

Can I practise the course during pregnancy?

Not the apnoea and the diaphragmatic vacuum. You can start after the six-week postpartum period. If you're pregnant and want to prepare, write to me and I'll recommend a suitable format.

How quickly will I see results?

The first sensations of lift and deeper breathing usually come after the first week. Visible changes in the waist and posture after 4–6 weeks. A marked improvement after two months of regular practice.
